As we welcome you back to our hotel and the Mt. Washington Valley, we are committed to providing you with a safe environment that aligns with expert protocols for working to combat Covid-19 by utilizing the American Hotel  and Lodging Associations Stay Safe guidelines as well as additional measures to insure our guest and our staff's safety. 

​Things may be a little different, some amenities may not be available immediately, but we assure you, our staff's goal is to make you have a great visit while in the Mt. Washington Valley!

Currently our breakfast has been suspended until further notice.  The fitness center is open and everyone's favorite, the complimentary Starbucks machine is available. 

Our Staff will Maintain these 5 commitments and we encourage our guests to do so as well

I will maintain 6 feet of social distancing
I will wash my hands often
I will cover my face with a face mask while on property
I will stay home when I am sick
I will follow all guidelines as set forth by the hotel to insure everyone's safety

Cleaning and Sanitizing

The frequency of cleaning and sanitizing has been increased in all public area with an emphasis on frequently contacted services such as front desk check in counters, door handles, public bathrooms, room keys and locks. 

Industry leading cleaning and sanitizing protocols are used to clean guest rooms, with particular attention paid to high-touch items.
All rooms will be certified prior to a guest check in.  Upon completion of a room our certified inspector will use a black light to insure all areas of the room are clean and finalize the room using an Electrostatic Sprayer.

All bed linen and laundry will be changed upon checkout and continue to be washed at a high-temperature and in accordance with CDC guidelines.  Dirty linen will be bagged in the guest room to eliminate excess contact while being transported to the laundry facility. 

The check in experience will remove contact between the guest and the front desk.

Daily room service will be by request only.
